  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: New premium members have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which they may request a full refund, provided they have not utilized any premium features or benefits.
  • Partial Utilization: If you have used premium features during the 14-day cooling-off period, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund based on the value of the services you have used.
  • After 14 Days: After the 14-day cooling-off period, memberships are generally non-refundable for the current billing period.

1.2 Cancellation of Recurring Memberships

You may cancel your recurring membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made. No refunds are provided for the remainder of the current billing period when canceling a recurring membership.

1.3 Service Interruptions

If premium services are unavailable for a significant period due to technical issues on our end, we may, at our discretion, extend your membership period or provide a partial refund proportional to the duration of the service interruption.

2. Tournament Entry Refunds

SCKIN Club organizes various tournaments and competitive events for the CS2 community. The following refund policies apply to tournament entries:

2.1 Cancellation by SCKIN Club

If a tournament is canceled by SCKIN Club, participants will receive a full refund of their entry fees. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation announcement.

2.2 Tournament Postponement

If a tournament is postponed to a later date:

  • Your entry will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.
  • If you cannot participate on the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
  • If the tournament is postponed indefinitely without a new date being set within 30 days, entry fees will be automatically refunded.

2.3 Participant Withdrawal

Refund eligibility for participant withdrawals depends on when the withdrawal occurs:

  • Before Registration Closes: 100% refund of entry fees
  • After Registration Closes but Before Tournament Brackets Are Released: 50% refund of entry fees
  • After Tournament Brackets Are Released: No refund

Exceptions may be made for documented emergencies or technical issues that prevent participation, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Coaching and Workshop Refunds

SCKIN Club offers coaching sessions and workshops to help members improve their CS2 skills. The following refund policies apply to these services:

3.1 Cancellation by SCKIN Club

If a coaching session or workshop is canceled by SCKIN Club or the assigned coach, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3.2 Participant Cancellation

Refund eligibility for participant cancellations depends on when the cancellation occurs:

  • More than 48 Hours Before Scheduled Session: 100% refund
  • 24-48 Hours Before Scheduled Session: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 Hours Before Scheduled Session: No refund

Exceptions may be made for documented emergencies, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 No-Shows

Participants who fail to attend a scheduled coaching session or workshop without prior notice ("no-shows") are not eligible for refunds.

4. Merchandise Refunds

SCKIN Club offers merchandise through our online store. The following refund policies apply to merchandise purchases:

4.1 Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. With valid proof (such as photos of the defect or damage), we will provide one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the item (subject to availability)
  • Full refund including shipping costs
  • Store credit with a 10% bonus value

4.2 Returns for Other Reasons

For non-defective merchandise, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:
