Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register my team for a tournament?

To register your team, navigate to the specific tournament page and click the "Register Team" button. You'll need to create an account on our platform if you don't already have one, then provide your team name, roster information, and pay any applicable entry fee. Once your registration is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email with further details.

What happens if a team member can't participate?

Teams are allowed to register substitutes (usually 1-2 depending on the tournament). If a team member cannot participate, you can use one of your registered substitutes. If you don't have a substitute registered, you can request a roster change up to 24 hours before the tournament begins by contacting tournament support. Emergency substitutions during a tournament are handled on a case-by-case basis by tournament admins.

How are prizes distributed?

Prize distribution varies by tournament and is always clearly stated on the tournament page. Typically, prizes are distributed to the team captain or organization representative within 14 days of tournament completion. We offer multiple payment methods including bank transfer, PayPal, and BLIK. Winners may need to provide tax information depending on the prize amount.

What anti-cheat measures do you use?

We take competitive integrity seriously. All tournaments use Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC) as a baseline. For premiere and advanced tournaments, we also require our custom SCKIN Anti-Cheat client which monitors for unauthorized programs and scripts. Additionally, all matches are subject to review by our admin team, and suspicious gameplay may be analyzed by our panel of experienced players. Players banned for cheating face a permanent ban from all SCKIN events.

Are there skill-based restrictions for tournaments?

Some tournaments have skill-based restrictions to ensure fair competition. These are clearly marked on the tournament page. Restrictions might include maximum team average Faceit level, rank limits, or other criteria. Community tournaments typically have no skill restrictions, while advanced tournaments might have minimum requirements. We also offer dedicated tournaments for specific skill ranges (beginner, intermediate, advanced) throughout the year.
